We process all orders within 1–2 business days.
Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3-4 days, depending on your location.

3. Is there a minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping?
No. All orders ship for free, no matter the amount.
We keep it simple — no conditions, no surprises.

4. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States.

5. What if my perfume arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
We want you to be completely satisfied.
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Can I return a perfume if I changed my mind?
Due to hygiene and authenticity reasons, we only accept returns if the product is unopened and in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

7. How can I track my order?
